U.S. Market | Independent Sales Representative / Appointment Setter

THE STAFF HIVE is seeking independent sales representatives to provide appointment-setting and lead-generation services for the U.S. market.

Your Responsibilities

As an independent sales representative, your services may include:

• Identifying and contacting prospective U.S. businesses

• Conducting lead-generation and appointment-setting activities

• Qualifying prospective customers

• Scheduling online demonstrations

• Following up with prospects

• Maintaining accurate information regarding leads and appointments

• Supporting the sales process through the completion of agreed sales activities
  
  

Independent Contractor Structure

This opportunity is offered as an independent contractor / self-employed service provider engagement, rather than an employment position.

The independent contractor is responsible for determining their own working schedule, location, and methods of performing the services, subject to agreed performance standards, customer requirements, confidentiality obligations, and other contractual terms.

There are no mandatory fixed working hours or guaranteed minimum number of hours under the independent contractor arrangement.

The contractor may provide services to other clients or businesses, subject to applicable confidentiality, non-solicitation, conflict-of-interest, or other contractual obligations.

This is not an employment position.

The engagement is governed by a written independent contractor/service agreement. Compensation is exclusively performance-based, with no fixed salary and no guaranteed minimum monthly payment.

Independent contractors are responsible for complying with their own applicable tax, registration, invoicing, pension, and other legal obligations arising from their independent economic activity.

Individuals providing independent economic services in Kosovo should ensure that their activity is properly registered and declared in accordance with applicable Kosovo legislation and requirements of the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK).

The actual working relationship between the parties must remain consistent with the independent nature of the engagement and applicable laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

Final compensation, qualification requirements for demos and sales, payment procedures, and other terms will be established in the applicable independent contractor agreement.
