About the Role:

We are looking for new members to join our E-commerce team in the role of Warehouse and Fulfillment Assistant. The Gjirafa50 and GjirafaMall team is a dedicated group whose focus is on providing superior customer service. In this role, you will help us improve warehouse related activities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Accepting products in the warehouse as well as their systematization and labeling on the relevant shelves.

• Verifying products received from suppliers in relation to the relevant invoices.

• Assisting in the coordination of the field team for the receipt and delivery of products at the designated time and place.

• Assisting with stock maintenance in the warehouse management system, so that the process of locating products is as easy as possible.

• Assisting in the stock count cycle in the warehouse.

• Reporting any discrepancies or unresolved issues around warehouse activities.

• Assisting in checking damaged products and classifying them within the respective shelves.

• Taking care for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Processing relevant documents accurately and on time.

• Taking care for the best and most effective communication within the team and with other departments.

• Completing assigned tasks within the scheduled time.

• Performing other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Skills:

• Have at least one year of work experience in similar positions.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to deal with several work activities at the same time, their prioritization and to work with short deadlines.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.

• Knowledge of the English language (preferable).

• Enthusiastic to learn and grow professionally.

Other information:

• Working hours from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week.

• You need to be available to work in shifts and on holidays.

Location: Highway Prishtina - Ferizaj, 6th Kilometer, Kosova.
